I am a global mentor, mentoring across 24 countries and over 1,000 students. After completing my certification on Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) from IAAP, I started spreading awareness to several universities and organizations on the importance of inclusive designs and universal products. I have helped more than 150 homemakers land jobs in IT leadership through training and mentorship sessions.

Through Nandita Gupta, one of the Hall of Fame inductees, I learned about the National Disability Mentoring Certification. I would like to learn more about inclusive mentoring and hence looking forward to join this great community.
